Bubbala’s is a dream brought to fruition by the father and daughter team of Greg Bernson and Janelle Loiselle. Together, they are responsible for the extensive menu of Jewish classics and new favorites.
Greg Bernson
Greg graduated from Culinary Institute of America sometime in the 80s and has been working on the perfect pastrami sandwich ever since. Greg honed his chops in a variety of cuisines and environments – but has always been focused on cooking “for the people.”
Janelle Loiselle
Janelle Loiselle spent much of her time before Bubbala’s as a pastry chef and sous chef for weddings and events. Her creative vision and unique takes on classics can be found in many of Bubbala’s dishes.
